The Finance Unit (hereinafter referred to as “the Unit”) provides effective and optimal management of the financial resources in accordance with legal acts in order to ensure financial stability of the Institute. The Unit organizes and implements well balanced financial policy of the Institute and ensures that financial resourced are calculated and used in line with planned activities. The Unit performs financial control in order to ensure that management, use, coverage and disposal of property conform to secure financial management principals. The Unit plans financial strategy of the Institute with active participation of other Units of the Institute and provides proposals concerning priorities of use of budget resources. The Unit carries out planned programs and payments, ensures payment of wages.
